I am back on the wagon....I have also used MFP before and was very happy with it. Health issues complicated things and my weight is way out of control. Working toward losing 100 pounds for good. Would gladly help cheer you on.

I am too busy trying not to die at the gym to be worried about what anyone else is wearing. LOL, maybe when I get in better shape, I will look around more and notice.

I try and spend some time on my day off cooking. I made veggie egg muffins and meatloaf muffins this week. After they cool, I put each in a baggie and they are ready for me to grab and go. I also am keeping boiled eggs in my fridge. I cut up cucumber and cherry tomatoes in a container with one tsp of fat free Italian…

I made veggie muffins - eggs, spinach, Roma tomatoes, green onions. Only 78 calories per muffin. Yum and easy to take and go
