Raised in SoCal currently in NorCal. Love Cali. Love this App. Could use some motivation also from the area. Friend me. Lost 30lbs over 3 months. Trying to lose another 5 and then the hard part....maintaining the weight. Learning to love exercise but sometimes I lose it...eat lean most of the time. 52yrs. 5'-10". 178lbs.

Sounds like the heavier weight gain periods are when your in some sort of depression state of mind. It's was similar for me. I've learned that it's at those times to go for long walks or spend more time at the gym. It helps me get my mind thinking or even daydreaming about something else, other than what is getting me…

I use my app "MyFitnessPal" Barcode reader if possible and enter my servings. Otherwise I estimate using the app database. I try to stay consistent daily.
