No. But you can set an alarm for whatever you want. So I guess you could set one every three hours or something.

I don't think you log it. When I put my hr in exercise mode and ran the other day, it just made a large fitbit adjustment.

Why bake fish? Grilled or blackened are so much tastier. Get a cedar plank and grill it. Make a mango chutney or something to top it.

I have the charge hr and love it. I have found it to be reasonably (not perfectly!) accurate. The main flaw... Why the hell would you design a fitness band that isn't waterproof? My 1989 timex Iron man was waterproof!

Hey... I just switched from planet fitness to golds gym, mainly because they have more classes and yoga. I really want to do the body combat class, but I'm afraid I'm not ready for it yet. Should I just suck it up and go?

I have had the fitbit hr for a couple of days now. I have found the hr reasons to be pretty dead on with the readings I get from treadmills and eliptical machines while on them. As for all day hr, it definately picks up a little when I get up and go do something at work. My reading will jump ten points just walking to the…

We have over at home. It was recommended for my wife's grandmother to treat diabetic neuropathy. I use it now when my legs are sore as hell after leg day. It works ok, but I'd hardly call it exercise.

If I had to guess, the 18 month plan probably lets you pay cash or something. Many people hate that pf insists in having your checking account information.

I did the first leg of the beginner 5k program. Was supposed to walk/run 1.5 miles. I did a lot more walking than running. Honestly, it kicked my butt. I probably shouldn't have started out on a hilly trail.

I have had some pretty bad bouts of depression. One spell, other than going to work, I never got out of bed. I would go to bed at 5:30 Friday evening, and other than to eat or use the bathroom, stay there til Monday morning. I have taken an Anti depressant for awhile, which helps some. But honestly, I think exercise helps…

Could be worse. Week one, I lost six pounds. Week two, gained 5 back. Its just water fluctuations. I need to cut sodium.

There is an app called spring that plays music (to your taste) at whatever bpm you are working out to. You can even program it to do intervals.

I would look at swimming websites. I'm sure they make one for swimmers, though I'm sure it is pricey.

Has anyone tried to wear the hr backwards (with the sensor on the inside of the wrist)? I wonder what that would do. There are larger blood vessels there...

Id like to know the answer to this too... Do I still need to log cardio manually, or will the fitbit take care of that via its calories burned?

I don't think I can do anything today. My quads and glutes are so sore, I can barely walk! Is a beautiful day too! I really want to go run.

Leg day. Squats, lunges, high kicks, glute machine. It sucked. I hate leg day.

From what I hear, I with either destroy or lose then in the mud pit at warrior dash in October anyway! I'll probably get a cheap pair now, given said destruction in October.

I've found my appetite much lower since I've started exercising. Of course I'm eating more often, and healthier, just less.
