I am 34 and a single mom to two boys (11 & 6 months). This is my second attempt at this challenge. I would like to lose over 100 pounds at a slow and steady pace. It has been a challenge working night shift and losing weight but I am determined to be healthier.

My plan is to eat only my maintaince calories. It is possible if I continue to exercise today and eat healthy, I may have a calorie deficit today.
