I'm with you. One week I'm kicking *kitten* then the next is the opposite. It's been a bad few days. I don't weigh until Wednesday but my work schedule makes it difficult to get activity in. I would friend you but I haven't figured out how to add people.

Does anyone else have the problem of needing to use the same scale? Like, right now, I use my sister's (accountability thing). I can afford to buy one myself but I've been doing this a year now with the same scale that I'm afraid to try anything else. Might be a little off topic.

I'm 5'6". My starting weight was 253. Down to 196. My goal is 150. Not sure what I should weigh but that's what I'm aiming for.

Count me in. I fall off too, especially during the winter months. I'm an outdoors person so yard work is my thing. I live on a farm so there's always something to weed whack or push mow. That means in the winter I turn into a wuss. Please feel free to add me. Always looking for new friends.

My family and I live with my grandpa. Fortunately, he doesn't have dementia. He's 95 and has a knee that gives out sometimes. I work a few blocks from home so it's easy to check on him. My husband and girls are real good with him too. There was one time his knee about buckled from under him. I'm so glad I was right behind…

I drink A LOT of water at work. So I can go to the bathroom A LOT. To get away from my boss A LOT. Small office, no other escape and every minute counts.

I'm experiencing the same as all of you. I was on Weight Watchers a couple years ago and was very successful at it. But then life got in the way and I had to quit. Unfortunately, I didn't take my lessons learned, was stressed out beyond imaginable and gained all the weight back. I can't afford Weight Watchers but Fitness…
