Hi Chris. You look great. What an accomplishment! What do you mean by heavy lifting? How much? I started aerobics with light weights (2-3 lbs). Are you using gym equipment with heavy weights, weightlifting?

Summer weather - no shorts fit and I wasn’t happy in my bathing suits. Started wearing loose dresses and realized it was just allowing me to get bigger. Decided to take control.

Thanks for the suggestions. I ended up emailing tech support. The problem was the iPad version was old and is not supported. The phone is the version they have now. All is good. I was going crazy for a bit there.

Thanks for the tip Lynda but it didn’t work on my iPad app.

You look so much younger. Congrats to your hard work.

About an hour away from Toronto Canada. The winter is so long and cold that my only way to keep focused is in the basement on my treadmill...not to fun or motivating. I do ski but you get tired of being cold. Can't wait for warmer weather to go out and walk.

I paid way too much. I’m tall and need a 36 inseam. I can only get them in a handful of stores so used wasn’t an option. It sucks cause your losing weight but you have to stilll wear your old pants that are literally falling off. I invested in a couple during the weight loss which are now too big. At least its incentive to…

Great job. Keep going. The next 25 will be harder but keep going because the rewards are worth it.

You can definitely rock a bikini! You look amazing.

Wow, sounds like a beautiful ride

I also love potatoes, definitely my weakness. I'll have to try you waffle potatoes. Congrats on your lifestyle change. What an inspiration you are.

Mcdonalds has some great healthy alternatives and nutritional information available on everything. Right now they have the Chicken Mctasties which I love, you can take off the mayo and it's only around 300 calories. Fortunately this satisfies me but would never work for my husband.

Don't go back, you've done so well and come so far. Pick yourself up and keep going, it's worth it. I don't know much about depression but maybe try to get some help, someone you can talk to that can provide you with strategies to bring yourself out.

Hi Rebma. I would love to connect. I'm the same height and have the same goal weight. You are a bit ahead of me as I'm sitting around 170.

Thanks for the motivation when I really needed it. You are very inspirational.

Great job!! Keep up the hard work, the end result of how you will feel is worth it!

I'm 5'8.5. Not really that tall but it's all in the legs with a short body. It's impossible to find and pants long enough. When I get extra long at the gap or New York and company I look for hems that can be let down and they are still too short with heels. I'm hoping that dropping a few pounds will help them be a bit…

Starting 179 with goal of 148, have lost approx 10lbs in a month (numbers bouncing up and down constantly). Just got back from a few days away with the kids camping and I've gained. So hard to lose but so easy to gain
