Here we go JFT (Monday) 1. track all foods 2. stay within calorie goals 3. drink 8 glasses of water 4. increase veggies to at least 3 servings 5. read (for me, not work) at least 30 minutes 6. stay focused at work (I work remotely and I'm easily distracted. Like now. Ugh!) back to work, you!

  • Add me. I need the accountability and more friends would be great. Restarted seriously in December but the holidays were hard. Just managed to keep off any new weight but didn't lose. Back on track!
  • Fancy coffee is one of my favorite indulgences too, but oh the calories. I switched to a plain cup of joe with cream and sugar (weaning the amount now) and that still gives me that satisfaction, but not the guilt.
