anything that the baby would require it will just take from you anyway.. if it were me and i was pretty sure i was pregnant, id start eating more now, and make sure i was on folic acid... you dont have to go silly on the eating, just have slightly larger portion sizes of the good stuff to give you the extra energy :)

I dont have a fitbit Charge, i have a flex, and i find that i have to reset it all the time!! its such a pain in the bum! and ive had issues with it connecting to my fitbitapp and mfp.. ive stopped using it.. hope yours doesnt do that too!!

I have two awesome friends from work and we workout together in the mornings and keep each other accountable during the day :) works really well, the only thing that isn't great is that we are all at different points of our weightloss journey... Thanks everyone :) I've been pumping the water and I'm 26 so hopefully after maintenance for a while the skin will start to bounce back... I never expected to be a super skinny perfect abs kinda girl, I know I'll always have stretch marks but if I can tighten things a little I thought id try anything!!! Haha!!

I've found some great home work outs on Pinterest! I'm a mum too and I can do it all while she has nap during the day, you don't need equipment and you can do them at any time of the day... My fitness level is prob at beginner too and I love them, just gotta stay motivated to do them :)

I started new year new me on the 1st and have lost 9.5lbs!! So close to 10!!
