YOUTUBE ZUMBA - and just follow along. That's what I do and I save $50 per month on gym membership. A 30 min zumba session (if you dance to various zumba routines) = 250 calories burned.

Just FYI - bananas help lower your sodium intake as they are high in potassium. If you don't like them, have you tried including them in a smoothie with strawberries and vanilla yogurt and almond milk?

For me its oatmeal and fruit. Vegetables and I are friends as I know how to make amazing salads with little fat-based products/oils/dressings. But fruit - they may be sweet but you cannot convince me to eat an apple.

Diet coke (similar to dr. pepper) is my weakness but what I have been doing is replacing my cravings with ginger ale or sprite. I know soda is soda but for some reason when I consume this type of soda, I feel full more quickly when eating food. I often can only finish half of a can. Another suggestion could be to replace…
