We have radishes, red yellow and green bell peppers, jalapeños, broccoli, cantaloupe, watermelon, lots of tomatoes (25 plants!) and a strawberry patch which the weevils and slugs took over. I put down slug and snail bait and DE but it didn't deter them like it has in the past. Last year we also planted sweet corn and peas.…

I've only had it happen once. I always turn the heat off and let it sit a minute so it's no longer boiling then very slowly lower the eggs into the water using a slotted spoon then turn the heat back on and simmer for 12 minutes.

Definitely boil water first, then add eggs. I buy fresh eggs at the market every week and they peel great! I use this method. http://thepioneerwoman.com/food-and-friends/easy-to-peel-eggs/

You've gotten great advice already. Definitely join the low carb group. Dietdoctor.com is a good site. Keto-calculator is a good place to get your macros or google okl chart and follow the directions on the left. Personally I'd say your fat grams are a bit too high. Part of the "high fat" part of the diet is the fat on…

Chicken and broccoli with homemade Alfredo. Delicious! One of my favorite meals.

Maybe Google different ways to lace your shoes. I was having pain and numbness on the top of my feet until I tried a new way of lacing. The only other thing I would suggest is getting professionally fitted for shoes. Go to a specialty running store and they can analyze your gait and recommend a brand to fit your feet. Good…

Just disconnect mmr and Fitbit. You could still use mmr if you wanted. It'll just be used seperately from Fitbit. You can leave mfp connected to Fitbit as mfp doesn't auto recognize activity. As you accumulate steps throughout the day it will send them to mfp and you will get a calorie bonus. Personally I don't eat back…

I've tried everything from putting salt or baking soda in the water, old eggs, new eggs, you name it I've tried it. And then I found this. It works every time. I usually buy fresh eggs at the market every week too. http://thepioneerwoman.com/food-and-friends/easy-to-peel-eggs/

Ribeye. Always ribeye. Perfectly grilled to medium with a Cesar salad and steamed broccoli covered in butter.

Just drink the broth or google a recipe for low carb egg drop soup. You'll regret eating ice cream and noodles. Also if you're dizzy due to lack of electrolytes, the broth will work wonders for you!

Try this. Works for me every time. New eggs, old eggs, doesn't matter. http://thepioneerwoman.com/food-and-friends/easy-to-peel-eggs/

Did they recommend a shoe? I'd go with what they suggest. Pronation, arches, etc matter when deciding what shoe to buy. Most stores offer a 30 day return policy. Try it out and if it doesn't work return them and try something else. What works for one person won't work for the next. Everybody's feet are different.

Maybe check out a thrift store. I've found nice workout tops there a few times and they're cheap!

I have a VS front zipper close sports bra and I'm not a fan. They're ok for an elliptical workout but I wouldn't recommend them for anything high intensity. 34E here. I recommend moving comfort/brooks Maia or Juno bras. Look online for free shipping/returns, order several and return what doesn't work. Or try to find a…

Check out Maia or Juno by Brooks, formerly moving comfort. Their site sometimes has them on sale if you're not picky about color. Free shipping and returns too if they don't work for you! I'm a 34DD / 36D and those work for me. I also have a front close from VS but being a DD it can be hard to get the hook and eye closed…

Try this chart. Read directions on the left. Find your height, Carbs are a maximum, protein is a minimum and eat on the low end of fat and calories. You must be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. If you follow your macros, your calories will fall in place. http://m.imgur.com/gallery/vlRsbXW

Make sure you have the right shoes. Go to a running store and get a gait analysis. Also Google different ways to lace your shoes. I was having numbing on the top of my foot and found a new way of lacing my shoes that has helped a lot. This is how I lace mine. I have a high arch

My husband is type 2 and drinks premier protein shakes. 30 G protein, 5g carbs. They taste great (chocolate) and don't spike his bs. We tried glucerna but they have more carbs (11 or 13g) and spiked his sugar. We also use quest or isopure protein powder to make shakes. Hubby eats low carb, around 20g per day and within 1…

Several varieties of heirloom tomatoes (25 plants total), broccoli, cauliflower, romanesco, Brussels sprouts, kohlrabi, radishes, strawberries, lettuce, cantaloupe, watermelon, red orange and yellow bell peppers and peas. Unfortunately earwigs ate our tomatillo and ground cherry plants

Pick foods off this list. Breakfast doesn't have to be breakfast food. I often times have leftovers for breakfast or breakfast for dinner. Keep it simple! https://www.atkins.com/how-it-works/atkins-20/phase-1/low-carb-foods

I have a Flipbelt. I love it! Fits my iPhone 6s Plus as well as keys, ID and other items. It doesn't move and its easily accessible

I do a couple of mini prep sessions. On Sunday's I make omlettes for breakfasts for the week and have something going in the crock pot for suppers. Either a chicken, roast beef or pork shoulder. That lasts a couple of days. Tuewday, Wednesday, Thursday I always cook something. Then on Thursdays or Friday's I make a big…

From what I understand they are leaving the flavors as is, but changing the chip itself to be more like a real potato chip texture wise. I personally can't stand them the way they are. They stick to my mouth and leave a sawdust like feeling. The new chips 2.0 is supposed to fix that. We will see... I ordered 1 bag to try

All of this ^^ plus no more brain fog!
