I have never bothered with macros as I don't understand them that well. Basically I want someone to tell me how many calories I should eat!

I record my protein. Sorry I'm new to this stuff. Are you talking about the percentage of macros? I do eat protein. If it helps I always have a protein for dinner and tuna for lunch!

I was advised this by a trainer at the gym I am sorry, I am not very good at putting things into words I guess. I get that. I am scared at some point my weight will be at a standstill. I know there is not fast solution and I understand that this will take years. I feel that because if I am not eating enough in the morning it will need to stay in my system for longer if you get what I am saying
