i dont know which country you are in but here in australia we have lower fat versions like salada or breton otherwise you could try rice crackers

If i have many calories left thats when i would have some nuts , they are good for you but sometimes take up too many calories on a normal day that i dont often have them . Yoghurt is another snack that i have if its quite late so you stay full for longer.

Do yhey have almond milk ??? I always have my coffee made with it whenever possible , lower calories and good for you !!!

Oolong tea is great for stomach issues.

I agree, i do this too , however if its a haass avacado it tends to brown a bit quicker but shephard avacados dont go brown as quickly.

I love it on cereal, for tea and coffee and shakes , its very low calorie and good for u as its a good fat base ,not animal fat .

hi i am a hairdresser and it does grow half inch per month , everyone is the same so it will take 1 year to grow 6 inches . i would love 1 dollar for every time someone tells me that their hair grows fast lol. the only diferance is, it grows just a bit faster in summer .

i use a layer of sweet potato in a dish as a base for my quiche instead if pastry, but just make sure you cook the potato base for about 25 mins in oven (180) before pouring in egg mixture then another 30 mins in oven to finish . yum!

sometimes i try and fit it in my calorie goal for the day but if its in the evening and i dont have enough left i just brush my teeth- nothing tastes right after brushing lol

I try to walk at least 4 days per week and 2 days i go to water arobics which is great , but walking is not only good for you but you can fit it in anytime of the day and do it alone or with someone and it costs nothing-so keep it up

It obviously becomes a case of your own preference as i love unsweetened almond milk for everything , its low in calories , high in calcium and contains good fat , but ultimately you need to choose what you like best .
