  • You are going to loose more that if you put this goal in front of you .. In 2 months I'm glad lost 20 lb hopefully by July I'm ganna be losing 50 more lb .. you just need a strong determination and you will be fine ^_^

  • Yes I go to the gym 4 or 5 times a week and usually my working out is between 2 to 3 hours
