But they're also the time when you have the most motivation
It's not about motivation in the long-term though it's about your commitment .. so keep logging even when you don't want to

No no turn off all these negative thoughts .. just keep pushing yourself always tell yourself that you can .. losing weight is so freaking difficult but it's not impossible and you can do it .. for me in 2 months I lost 20 lb and I'm aiming to lose 40 or 50 lb by July .. Every time I feel lazy or less motivated I took a pic for a suit on my cell phone and remind myself not to stop until that suit fits me lol .. it's a crazy idea but it has been effective ..0
