Had glorious weather this weekend and spent all I could outside. Took Mom grocery shopping, started running again, lots of weed pulling, dirty finger nails! I was able to get in 10k steps and ate healthy and reasonable both days. Now I'll catch up on posts. Sue in Troutdale, OR B)

Thank you for continuing this thread! FEBRUARY goal was to log my foods every day. I hit the mark about 90% but did log in more often than if I hadn't made it my public goal.
