I need more Vit A apparently, didn't realise how under educated about nutrients I am. Where in Jupiter do I get Vit A from. I'll google it, unless someone can kindly reply.
    Cheers all,
    Angela in North East England.

    This might help:

    https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/vitamin-a

    https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/VitaminA-HealthProfessional/

And do be careful, especially if you decide to take a supplement. There are some serious side effects of consuming too much Vit A.

I take a Vit A supplement from time to time, but usually only for a week or two at a time, and then I go off for several months.

Barbie and Becca - safe travels and best wishes to your DH's for successful surgeries. <3

Terry - that necklace is stunning! So glad you were able to spend some time with your DD. <3

Janetr - Oh my word those eggs are adorable. Have you always been crafty and creative like that or is this a talent you nutured recently?

Regarding eating the same thing - that is pretty much me. Breakfast is just about always a scrambled egg with some type of green wilted in with it or chopped button mushrooms and a slice of Ezekial 4:9 sprouted grain toast. Lunch is leftovers or a bean salad of some type. Supper is always a huge salad of shredded cabbage, often with 1/2 avocado diced up in it. Sometimes add chopped broccoli if I have it. Then I normally pile something like a big spoonful of warm beef stew or Mexican food or whatever is in the fridge. Snacks - walnuts & berries mixed with whole milk organic yogurt and a spoonful of applesauce or hummus & carrots.

THAT is when I'm a good girl. It's good to always have favorite go-to foods around. And Becca said something last week that was very wise - don't think of what you shouldn't eat, think of what you CAN eat and look forward to that!

The allergist said we become allergic to the things we eat all the time. Well, I must be terribly allergic to cabbage then since I've eaten shredded cabbage salads for YEARS. Still crave them every day and the crunch. I've read too much cabbage is bad for the thyroid.

We had a warm day yesterday - up to 73! Allie and Terry and Karen in NY, I'll send it your way B) . It's 58 this morning and still in the lower 60's in some areas. Not ready for that warm of weather, lol. Got tomato seeds stuck into starter cups yesterday so spring must be around the corner - in a week as a matter of fact!

Busy day coming up, back to hitting the flooring places for more quotes this morning. Carol, thanks for the insight about Home Depot. We really would prefer to deal with a local company anyhow where the owner is also the installer and not work with subcontractors from who knows where.

Have a wonderful day, ladies! Hugs to all of you!!

LOL! Beth! Laughing at your comment to Mary's comment about "testicle toss"! Many a time have I thought it would be nice to gather those things and toss them away. Far, far, away!
Leslie, was the name of the Tasmanian lady with the daughter with cancer. Thanks, Suekeuhn48. I know Re is doing well, as we have friended each other on this site. She is still losing and exercising regularly. I miss Leigh from France!

Well, one step forward, two steps back. Made one or two (or five or six) poor choices last week and paid the piper when I stepped on the scale yesterday. Lesson learned. No boot needed, Pip. After a day of kicking myself, I logged on here and like some psychic group/hive mind you are all talking about eating the same meals to avoid "straying". Hello. That was like one big boot to the kiester right there! Thank you!

Yoga this morning. I better go. ttfn xoxoxo KJ (Kelly)

Strapping on the boot just in case u didn’t kick hard enough

Still feeling a bit stiff and sore after Saturday's 300 km (188 mile) bicycle ride. Especially my back where it cramped. :dizzy:

I might be paying a visit to my chiro and maybe also booking a massage. And then, I need to work on my core!!

You know your muscles are tight when you just drape your hamstrings over the foam roller and it hurts.

I wasn't even rolling or rocking or doing any of the recommended things ... I was just lying there.

I thought I'd try my foam roller to help me stretch out my hamstrings and back after the weekend's 300 km ride. I think it did help, and I didn't even get to the rolling part.

But then I suspected I'd be tight when I got all excited about being able to touch my knees when I lean forward to do a toe touch.

And I did walk up to visit my chiro, but they were closed over lunch. I will have to try again later in the week.

Just got back from my run. My time was the same, but I had slowed down a bit towards the end because my music was buffering and I was trying to get it to work. :'(:# I've restarted the phone and hope that fixes it. Anyway, I DID IT!
Not too bad after yoga and a grocery shopping trip and a hair trim. :D

I'm now reading Run Fat B!tch Run. It's very funny. She calls herself the Grit Doctor. That's my 11th running book. :o:o:o Obsessed? Moi?

Lots of love, Heather UK xxxxxxx

PS - Much love and best wishes to Barbie and Becca and their husbands. <3<3<3<3

Good for you! I love the book's name.

Missing members ... do you all remember the poster from Tasmania (I think) that was a body builder? I can't remember her name. She left after learning her daughter had breast cancer and she would be needed to help her. I've been thinking about her and Mollywhippet and Miriamwithcats ... hoping they're all doing well.

Beth near Buffalo ... where more snow is in the forecast ...

I am a poster from Tasmania who was a body builder.

But I don't have a daughter ... or I should say, I do, by marriage, but she's an adult with a family and I've only met her once.

Nope, Machka ... not you! This lady was older I believe... retired ... got very feisty with us ... she followed a eating plan promoted by body builders I believe ... had a dog who passed away .... all these little details and I can't remember her name!! Arghh!!

Sue ... you're right! It was Leslie!!

Beth- corn hole is commonly known as bean bag toss and testicle toss is the balls that you throw on that ladder type thing. The lady from Tasmania hasn't been on for quite a while! I can't remember her name. Definitely miss the other ladies as well.

My husband explained the corn hole thing ... but neither of us knew what you were referencing with the testicle toss ... thanks for the clarification!! :D

Betty ... praying for you and your family ... hugs

Becca and Barbie ... praying also for you and your husbands! Hospitals are incredibly draining for all involved.

While the sun is shining at the moment, we have a weather storm warning for 8-16 inches of heavy wet snow and gusting winds ... sigh ...
