I was no where near my goal. The last few days have not been great and I've been taking it easy since last Monday. I ran a little to long and a little to hard. I also was pushing for a goal that was a bit of a stretch for me. Oh well, March is a new month to get things done.

I think I'll be doing the minutes over miles this month as well. With a Tough Mudder in May I am splitting my time between treadmill and body-weight workouts (can't really get to the gym so calisthenics it is). I'm shooting for 45 minutes a day, 6 days a week. I'll just round up to 1111 minutes for myself.

Woohoo, I was almost 35 miles over my goal. Guess I need to bump it up to 200 miles for Feb.

Sounds like fun. Just signed up. I hope to see my numbers increase rapidly over the next couple months. I have a Tough Mudder to run in May, and I am just starting to turn things around physically. I'll get there though, one day at a time.

Feel free to add me! It's always easier and more fun doing something as a team than as an individual. Looking to get back down to my fighting weight.

I've been using MFP for about 10 days now, loving it, and prior to this I was using Noom, meh, for about a year. I got out of the Marine Corps in 2009 after 5 years and have slowly gone from my…
