Trying to get active again after a break from mfp. This looks like a perfect way to stay motivated!

Im doing my first Spartan sprint in december. Started some weight training and cardio to get in shape, and already super excited! Any tips, hints, tricks, or things I need to know are appreciated!

Just rejoined mfp after 3 year hiatus, been doing beachbody on demand since march and LOVE it. Currently on week 3, day 1 of 21day fix.

@81Katz dont worry, tomorrow is another day! We all feel like that sometimes (well, i do at least) :) Just saw a fb post about cakes in a mug, so of course i had to try it, now all i want is chocolate cake, but dont have enough ingredients for a second one...

Im down 20 lbs, 6 months after baby, and the thing i think i love the most is laying on my back with arms over my head and feeling the skin stretch over my ribs. I missed my ribs

Took me a while to get off the blue stuff, but i switched to stevia, and it only took a few days before i realized i dont like any other sweetners anymore. And i lighten mine with skim milk, since id rather eat than drink my calories

Just joined also, finished week one then accidently repeated the third day last night... i know i need to slow down and buy good shoes and work on form and breathing correctly, and I thank all of you because i know it can be done if i just stick with it :)

Im up to 8 of my 20 goal... which is 8 more miles than i ran last year! Reading all these posts and about fun disney and airport marathons give me something to look forward to once i get better at this running thing... little steps at a time :)
