No, not dizzy just in a haze..... I suppose I'll drink MORE water lol I'm just wondering if this is a common effect for someone who hasn't done a lot of strength training? Or if I did something wrong as in too much exercise or something?

I don't really feel sick tho, just weird--I was fine before I went to the gym..

I keep my hands on the heart rate thing the whole time... then at the end of my session, the screen tells me my average heart hate .. when I get home I use this website: http://www.braydenwm.com/calburn.htm and it tells me a more accurate result (so I HOPE!!)

this used to happen to me, start off with a scrambled egg or two for breakfast.. it's easy on the stomach... After a week or so it with go away and you will wake up starving for breakfast! I used to not eat breakfast for the same exact reasons.. and now I can't live with out it ;)

Thanks for the input! I'll try to cut back, but it is so hard to find budget friendly foods that are healthy especially where I live, there is one VONS and one Rite-Aid, that's it!

I was 128 last month today--today I weigh 131 :( I do about 20-40 mins of cardio everyday and circuit training/regular weights etc.. I've also taken up hiking..

Switch to lower impact, wear a supportive neoprene type slip-on brace (during workouts) and go see an orthopedic surgeon. HTH! I had major knee surgery on my right knee and my life is so much better now!

I make english muffin pizzas! Just use an english muffin, a can of tomato sauce ( I like the garlic herb and oregano one), mozzarella cheese and maybe some little mini pepperonis. You just bake in the oven at 350 for about 15-20 mins until cheese is melted! Super de-lish!
