So I have this problem..
AND I NEED YOUR HELP!!!! I have a major "snacking/binging/boredom" eating problem. It happens every night (just about), after dinner until its time to go to sleep! It's also taking a major toll on my weight loss--or lack there of! How do I get myself to knock it off!?

1 Month Measurements...
annnd I've lost ZERO inches and ZERO weight! If anything, I've gained 3lbs but I think that is because TOM is around the corner?? I don't know.. kind of discouraging... I was hoping I'd lose SOMETHING after a month of working out almost every day. Hmm any suggestions??

Confused..
So ever since I've been counting calories... I've been eating TOO MUCH! It's like now that I know I have X amount of calories left in they day, I keep eating until they're all gone and then some (as in, going over my calories). Does anyone else experience this? If so, how do you train yourself to NOT do this? Should I wait…

Do the diaries always say 5 weeks?
Hey everyone, You know when you click "complete entry for today," and it tells you "if everyday were like today, you will weigh 120lbs in 5 weeks?" Does that "5 weeks" change to "4 weeks" and "3 weeks" and so on? Or does it always say 5 weeks?

Silly question but...
Am I supposed to only eat my goal of 1200 calories, or am I supposed to eat the extra 117 calories I burned today? You know, the calories that calculate on their own on the homepage? Am I supposed to eat it until it says zero or am I suppose to stop when I get to 1200 no matter what?
