Hey do any of you take this class? I'm thinking about taking it at my gym. If you do take it, how sore were you after your first class? What parts of the body did you really notice changes in? I'm looking to lose some weight and mostly tone up my whole body..

    I took this class a couple times at my gym. It was an intense yoga/Pilates class with a lot of repetitive movements. I felt it most in my arms, shoulders, and legs. I recommend trying it out. It is definitely something different and a different type of challenge.
