But make sure you have a good meal after and post donation tea and biscuits don't count (you don't want to faint walking out the door)
-
I think this is when you claim expenses for a journey. So say I have a meeting out my office, but in the same town, I could cycle there and claim 15p per mile. Not just your regular commute... As you couldn't claim for it in a car.
-
You need a Brompton... Amazing folding bikes from the UK.
-
Have a look at YMCA -http://www.ymcafit.org.uk/ I'm sure I've seen instructors with certificates for their courses.
-
That's about average speed for me. Really pushing I can do 11min miles. I can be on a train (at a station a mile from my house) in less than 15mins.
-
I suspect they're also the people who need energy drinks after 30mins on the tredmill? I can cycle 15miles with water after a decent meal.

If she has been photoshopped they've done a good job, she looks pretty much the same on the photos on her website. http://www.reneesomerfield.com.au/#!gallery/c1ogl I think there would have some touching up, but not whole sale photo shopping.

£30 / $45 - lovely gym, squash courts, gym classes etc. About average for a UK gym.
-
Nope... Its no more offensive than David Beckham in his pants, or weight watchers before and after photos.

You hold down the button and it calculates it as you go along. Hold down the button when you're done. Give it a few mins to sync with your phone and it'll calc your calorie burn.
-
What are you actually going to be doing in them? Gym classes Lifting Walking Running for 15mins on a treadmill Etc You might be better going for a 'cross' trainer rather than a running trainer depending on your needs.…

That is an excellent way to bring up kids
-
Wait... They're actually a thing? Who actually cares (apart from the parents) what gender the baby is until it arrives?
-
In the words of a famous sports manufacturer... Just do it! No one is looking at you they're too busy either leaping around like a loon and trying to remember left from right... Or checking their form in the mirror.
-
I wouldn't count it - My fitbit gave me an extra 200 cals for walking 5 miles and an hour body pump class.
-
OK... Tdee is the number of cals your body uses just to survive, breathing, heart beat, a little bit of walking, digesting food etc. This is your starring point. Depending on what you do in your everyday life you might need some more Cals Do you walk to work? Walk your dog etc? You shouldn't drop below your tdee for long…

I love body pump. Is your class doing the current release? If so the bicep track is evil. I was doing the previous one with 5kg on each end... This one I've dropped to 3.75lg for the moment. Is there enough kit for you to have a couple of bars set up? Start with the heavier one and then make a tactical change half way - or…

I look and give it a poke. The wobble test... If I jump does it wobble?
-
You don't want tababtia in your life! It is an evil version of interval training... But worse.
-
What foods are you looking for? There is prob a substitute? Or they're called different things? I'm from the UK too.

I think mine were £80 ($140). I went to a local running shop who had a look at my feet and made me run around. They're really comfy.
-
If you're at an extreme - tall/short or super muscular then it won't work for you. But the remaining 90% of the population its a fairly effective tool. The problem is that people go to the gym twice a week, fiddle with the weight machines and then say BMI doesn't apply to them because they're muscular. When in fact they…

I totally mix it up. I walk briskly to work on a empty stomach, but wouldn't dream of going to the gym hungry. I do weights, cardio and play squash. I eat fairly healthy but sometimes eat only 1000cal or blow 3000cal. My approach is as long as I'm active its all good.
-
We ate really well while we were in Vegas, steak with vegetables, sushi etc. A few fast food meals but not every day. Just make sensible choices, going to the heart attack grill isn't the best idea. Mmmm margaritas....
-
I have one - i could sell it to you? Its genetic rather than hard work. But I do lots of squats, lunges, spin classes, cycling, walking etc.
-
A pint of orange juice and two pints of water. Drink loads of water.
-
I've found it in a whole food store. (A local one not a chain) It was non refrigerated and just on a shelf. Nice but didn't blow me away. I haven't raced back to buy more.

We spend about £45 for two of us plus a meal out each week and a few odds and sods for lunch. I try to take salad for lunch at work, but sometimes I'm either lazy or hungry. Our cupboards are well stocked with basics, herbs, spices etc.

Because I gain more in my stomach, I've always been told I was carb sensitive. And I know in the past (and it may have no correlation) when I'm trying to lose weight, if I'm at a stand still and then I cut down on my carbs it seems to help with the bloating and weight gain. However I should clarify that it's really just…
