I've been sleepy/busy today, I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome; so I am building a home gym instead because sometimes, just the walk across a parking lot; is enough of a workout for me.

If it's apart of your daily lifestyle, I'd say no to adding it but if it doesn't occur for at least 2 weeks, then add it. This also depends upon what type (gentle/rough), whose doing most of the work (top/bottom), how long it went on & how often that particular day.

cwolfman13 thank you very much, I'll definitely look into getting one. Especially since I often can't find the type of exercise that I am doing, to calculate it; so I just consider it to be Aerobics & use the most time that it takes to burn a Calorie.

This also depends upon, if it's around the time of your menstrual cycle, also when you consume a lot of sodium and/or you haven't had a bowel movement in a couple of days. I try to avoid weighing myself, at least a week before my menstrual cycle; due to water retention. Possibly might be a combination of all 3.

The reason why lifestyle, shouldn't count toward the Calories that one burns; is because our bodies become accustomed to this. It's sort of like doing, just one type of exercise; for longer than a couple of weeks.
