  • Thanks for the advice. I have no problem with the IF. Im kinda use to it. Never hungry in the AM. Just someone mentioned its a bad idea because of a slower metabolism. Its worked last time i lost alot of weight. Just trying to do it right this time. Blew all my progress... cause of bad times

  • Thanks for the replies. Ill have to see about setting stats tomorrow. Im 290 lbs 5ft 9in and do it on level 5. Right now im just getting back into doing this so this is pretty hard. I keep a consistant speed of 2.7mph and do the 20 mins w a 2 min cool down. It always says 165 calories burned. I then walk for 30min w a 5…
  • Part of the problem is i have only been eatting twice a day around 5pm and 11pm.
  • Thanks for pointing this out. I adjusted it. That was a bad listing. Also im very serious about this. I just dont know where to start. I have a hard time thinking i should be eatting way more. Says 1600 calories yet. Thats probably not going to happen as its 8:30 pm now

  • Thanks for the advice. I get so caught up and tend to think the less i eat the faster ill reach my goal. I know i probably need to eat more.

  • As for goals i am at least 100 lbs over weight. I lost it once and know i have a ton of will power to do it again. Just now got motivated to try again.
  • Ok for instance, i am incredibly under my calorie goal and over the fat grams. I ate a sandwich n a bowl of cheerios today. I think for better progress i need to learn better foods to eat. I am just starting out n new to tracking
