Thanks for all the info. I didn't know there was a difference in liquid sweeteners. I'm willing to give them a try and see if I notice a difference. I wonder why it causes an insulin response, if it's not real sugar. Diabetics are encouraged to use artificial sweeteners. Is sucralose safe since it ends in -ose?

Hello! I changed my eating habits a year ago, and I've been doing low carb for 9 months. I've lost a total of 108 lbs. The last couple months have been rough, I hit a plateau and have pretty much stayed the same.

Hello, I exercise 4 times a week I do cardio and strengh training. I feel exhausted afterwards only when I haven't been getting enough salt, magnesium and potassium. Maybe if you drink broth daily add some supplements and drink water while you exercise you'll feel better.

I think that loss can be attainable in the beginning, but the more you loose, the slower it will get. In the beginning of my weight loss journey I was able to loose 5lbs some weeks, my first month was 27lbs! Now I've lost 105lbs, and sometimes it takes a whole month to loose 3lbs!

I've been seriously considering a tummy tuck. I've lost around 13+ inches fron my waist, but I have a lot of loose skin. I can feel the muscles underneath, but no matter how much I exercise the skin is still the same.
