@auntstephie321 , thanks, I drank chicken broth today. I forgot to get pickles from the grocery store, I remember drinking the juice helped before. What have potassium and magnesium supplements, just haven't used them in a long time. I will tomorrow with lunch though..

MFP reminded me that I haven't logged my wieght in 41 days, and that's because I've maintained (been stuck) since then. So I'm getting back to the basics to loose 35 more lbs. I'm going to reward my self for every 10, maybe a new outfit and a treat meal.

I made it for the first time last week and loved it too! I cooked shrimp with butter, garlic and hwc and pored that on top. It was delicious !!!
