Hello, I eat 3 meals a day, and a couple snacks throughout the day. My day starts early, my first break at lunch is usually around 9:30, lunch around 1pm, then a late dinner around 7:30,and a snack. I think it was during week 2 for me. I felt exhausted, lightheaded and had bad cramps in my calves. I started drinking chicken broth, pickle juice and purchased some magnesium and potassium supplements.

I tried a really good roasted Brocolli recipe from Pinterest, and it was really easy to make.
