I take prescription water pills, and I've recently started IF'ing. I drink plenty of water, if I forget to take my pills my legs and ankles are swollen by the end of the day. I guess it depends on the person.

You can also add seasonings to switch things up. I've tried garlic powder, pizza seasoning, red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper. I sprinkle it on shredded cheese before I bake it.

I drink BPC in the am, and add fat to all my meals, butter, cheese,and mayo seem to help.

@annalisbeth74.....your welcome!!! I'm glad you liked it! I haven't tried Zucchini in it yet, but that sounds good. I have added Brocolli and mushrooms. I want to try bean sprouts, haven't checked their carb count yet though.

I don't notice as much grease when I bake them on parchment paper....so I just count the fat content on the package.

I fasted today for the first time, and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I drank BPC when I first woke up, then fasted from 7am to 7pm, just drinking water. I was at work, so it was easy to keep my mind off eating. I might try to add on a couple more hours next time.

I made Thai style cauliflower rice, and I'm hooked too. I don't have a food processor, so I used a cheese grater to make the faux rice. I sautéed onion, green pepper and mince garlic in sesame oil. I think increasing your fat intake may help.

I agree with some of the other comments, are you eating enough fat/calories? I would keep calories in mind, but focus more on carb content. One good thing about following a low carb diet is that you don't have to starve, eat the right foods until your full, weight loss should follow:)

I think if that's what enjoy doing for exercise you should continue:) To me, Exercise shouldn't be boring.

^^^^^^^ I can't wait, I haven't wore shorts since high school, probably tank tops either. Anything I have that's sleeveless is always covered with a jacket, and the closet I've been to shorts are capris, and their not that cool when it's hot.... That'll change soon! I'm not giving up

@KnitOrMiss ......Lol, I have shallow boobs too;( They look good in good bra, unfortunately most of my bras are too big, so they settle at the bottom. Also my wrist, hands and ankles have lost fat. My stomach has gone down a lot too, but I still have work to do.

I found a good recipe online yesterday...it included reduced sugar ketchup( 1 carb/tbsp), apple cider vinegar, mustard, onion powder, paprika, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, water and Xanthan gum....came out pretty good.....
