@unicorngems thank you for your suggestions! I’d like to do a body fat reading at some point when I’m in a better headspace. I’m taking things slow this time around 😊

@QueenofCaffeine4Life definitely not drinking enough liquids in general. I’ll focus on that this upcoming week. Thank you for your encouragement!

Thanks everyone! I tend to spit the guard out while I sleep but I guess some wear time is better than none. Wish me luck

Start small. Dont feel like the whole day has to be perfect. For one week commit to eating healthy breakfasts. Then the next week breakfasts and snacks. Then the next week breakfasts, snacks and lunches etc. Baby steps!

Def dont eat any less than 1200, it can slow your metabolism down. Stick to 1400 -1600 (depending on your exercise level and frequency) so you set yourself up for sucess!

@88olds it depends on the day. Some days I’ll do just cardio, most days I’ll do cardio and some resistance machines/free weights. I hate group exercise classes but I will do them. I’m more of an outdoor girl but it’s been too cold and dark to adventure outside during the week. Any thoughts?

Thanks @kommodevaran. Unfortunately with the weather in my location I’m forced into the gym, at least until the weather improves. I did go on a wonderful 3 hour hike this weekend. @JMcGee2018 I take 10,000 IUs of vitamin D year round. Currently going through Lyme Disease treatment, maybe thats affecting my mood too? Thank…
