  • I've been working out for about two months now.
  • My weight just goes up and down a few pounds. No consistency. I lift weights and then run a mile. I know I haven't been gaining much muscles. I've been counting calories. I work a lot and take college classes so it really hard to do much more then I've been doing. It's just frustrating
