Today I’ve officially reached the point where I have to change my life style and lose some weight. It’s going to be a hard journey cutting out some bad habit and working in exercising but I’m so ready to be happier and in a better mind set. I’m 5’5 195 pounds my ideal weight would be 140-150. Any tips for beginners?

I was wondering if anyone takes supplements for metabolism? If so what kind? I've been cutting calories and drinking nothing but water I exercise 3-4 times a week and barley have any progress. It's frustrating. Has anyone taken supplements to help with weight loss?
