Start small. You do not need to go full 100% right away. Don't give up all junk give up some. Don't run a mile just park the car further out in the parking lot. This is not a quick fix, it is a lifestyle. Over time, when you start seeing results you will want to do better and better.

I have tried all kinds of stuff. None of it works. You know what does wonders for my stretch marks? Looking at my boyfriends sexy stretch marked body. I think he is super hot with them and he feels the same about mine. Chrisst Teegan has stretch marks for christ sake.

Download the Nike trainer app. It will give you some great workouts with minimal equipment needed.

I got stuck at 181 for like 2 months then I moved passed it. Do not give up and be patient. Most importantly do not gain back.

Why? I am only 5'7" and it is insanely difficult finding a man of appropriate height (yes i am that shallow). Though I do not think I would want to be shorter... so never mind. Tallk people ftw

Go to Soma and spend the extra money. It will be worth it as they are quality and last and pretty and make you feel pretty. Good undergarments are a worthy investment.
