I read a medically backed article that going braless is much healthier and allows your breasts to stay perkier as the muscles holding them remain stronger. I only wear a bra when I go to work.

Take a cucumber slice it in half length wise. Carve out the seeds and use as bread. Also I have seen/made great cauliflower toast. Used it for a cauliflower grilled cheese and it was fabulous. Made cauliflower dough for a pizza before too.

Remember there is no quick fix, it takes time but will teach you to be healthy, something that you can keep working on indefinitely.
