Even if I'm not hungry. I've been using portion by barcode and small apple for example. Not weighing. May be eating more than I think. Need to start weighing. But am loosing weight.

Hope its not unhealthy. My suggested intake was 1910. Usually eat around 1500 to 1700. Not hungry. Walk around 3 miles 3times a week. Do 150 curls with 10 lb . around 40 pushups.

Is there exercise to do. To reduce this. I started at 237 lb down to 223. Don't want to get skinny fat. With lots of excess skin. If there is something I can be doing.

No not same time. Will try that. Not weighing my portions yet. Been scanning bar codes and using information on packaging. But giving myself a buffer. Not counting exercises and being under a few hundred on my consumption
