I lost around ten lb in around ten days. Since I have gained 3 lbs back. My suggested intake is 1910. And I'm usually 300 - 500 below that. Plus I'm walking around 2 mile a day. And I didn't count any exercise.

At most, you may have lost 3 to 4 lbs of fat, the rest is water weight, so it shouldn't surprise you that you gained 3 back so quickly.

Wow, 10lbs in 10 days is a lot! Are you weighing yourself at the same time, I usually do each morning. The scales can be deceptive as our weight can fluctuate as much as 3lbs over the day. Keep going, it sounds as though you're doing the right things with exercise. I would say be patient but it's the thing I find hard to do myself! Feel free to add me as a friend and let me know how you get on!

No not same time. Will try that. Not weighing my portions yet. Been scanning bar codes and using information on packaging. But giving myself a buffer. Not counting exercises and being under a few hundred on my consumption

Most of the weight you lose at the beginning is water weight. If you're logging calories accurately and sticking to your deficit, you should settle into a sustained pattern of loss, but it won't be linear; some days the scale might drop 2 pounds, while others it might go up the same number. If you want to know why, take a look at the chapter "The Rubber Bag" in John Walker, The Hacker's Diet.

You can use an exponentially smoothed moving average to determine your weight trend; for instructions, see Walker's chapter on "Signal and Noise."
