I've been doing this a month. Lost 14 lb. But already have excess skin hanging down on belt line. Will this go away as I lose fat ?
Does it slow you're weight loss if you're over on these . but you are still eating at a deficit
I lost around ten lb in around ten days. Since I have gained 3 lbs back. My suggested intake is 1910. And I'm usually 300 - 500 below that. Plus I'm walking around 2 mile a day. And I didn't count any exercise.
