I'm in. 10/15/2014 Starting Weight = 276 Current Weight = 165 11/30/2015 Goal Weight = 155 Final Goal Weight = 135 What do I want to change? Not much. Feeling on track and just want to keep the train rolling. ☺️

Started at 276. I've lost 108 and am currently at 168. My goal is 135, which will put me in the normal bmi range with a few extra pounds to spare. Sooo, 33 pounds until goal.

Sometimes when my diary says whole wheat english muffin (120 cals), what I REALLY had was 3 Dove dark chocolate caramels (120 cals). Why do I feel the need to do this? I will ponder it while munching on a healthy whole wheat English Muffin.
