    WEIGH IN DAY WILL BE ON EVERY MONDAY! I know we started this challenge just 4 days ago and it'll be a short first week, but it will give you a good indication if you are on the right track, plus it's just easy to remember that we will WEIGH IN every Monday.

    2 pound loss.

    Very happy. My determination to change and become the image I crave to be is in full swing!!!

    It is not bad, but I was a bit disappointed this morning. I weigh myself every morning and Saturday and Sunday I as under 200 (199.8 and 199.6).

    I suspect that my first weigh in may have been a little inflated for some reason (lots of food in me? water? idk)
    Works for me! I'm already recalculating my goal in my mind but will resist changing it officially because I don't want to give myself an unrealistic goal. My ultimate goal is to be in the 120s.

    The hardest part this week was turning down drinks, and a family gathering with unlimited delicious food and a bunch of things I didn't know the ingredients in!
