Yes, every Monday! Unless you want to share on a different day, we actually started on October 1st which was a Thursday, but I thought Monday was a good day for weigh in accountability! If you look at the top of this community board if give you the option to go to the first post and then has 8 pages so far...just look for the icon with aspen trees and my community name 'Hillcrestbaby' and just scroll through until find the post you want.

It is not bad, but I was a bit disappointed this morning. I weigh myself every morning and Saturday and Sunday I as under 200 (199.8 and 199.6).

I suspect that my first weigh in may have been a little inflated for some reason (lots of food in me? water? idk)
Works for me! I'm already recalculating my goal in my mind but will resist changing it officially because I don't want to give myself an unrealistic goal. My ultimate goal is to be in the 120s.
The hardest part this week was turning down drinks, and a family gathering with unlimited delicious food and a bunch of things I didn't know the ingredients in!0 -
