Well despite my weigh ins being wednesday, I stepped on the scale today so I could share on the same day as everyone!

My hardest moments were THE ENTIRE WEEKEND - because it was my first anniversary with my husband and then the start of shark week
I don't need to get stuff out of my cupboards/fridge so much as I need to make more time to cook, and I need to go to Starbucks less when at work.
I brought some celery and peanut butter today to replace my morning Starbucks snack. So far, so good!
And yeah, I wish I could sleep more. Thanks a lot, insomnia0 -
I've been struggling to lose the two pounds a week that I'm trying to lose because I'm supposedly still growing. However, exercising a bit more may help.

This past week for me was very busy, so it was tough for me to stay on track with meals. But I did! My hardest part would have been the cravings for chocolate on Thursday. I decided that it was better to have a few pieces of dark chocolate rather than not and pig out on a bunch later.

It's frightening to realize how much sugar I was consuming. Logging in my foods and drinks really has helped me to make better choices. It's amazing how much food I can eat that is healthy while still staying under my daily calories. Of course the excercise adds to it as well. YAY! Down 4 lbs.

okay-guess I really wasn't committed last week when I started. But that will change today! I'm logging my calories and plan to stay around 1200 calories and get moving. Great weather to get outside and walk!

My goal was to lose 2-5 lbs during the whole challenge as I'm losing weight very slowly now that I'm down to the last 5-10 lbs. So no change in weight this week but I did do five workouts last week! Feeling motivated and got my workout in today as well.0

Hey everyone!!! I know im a few days late, but I just decided to come back to myfitnesspal today!!!
Starting Weight: 230.6
Current Weight: 230.6
Goal #1 Weight: 210.0
Ultimate Goal Weight: a healthy 150-160
I know 20.6 pounds in the next 8 weeks is a little more than most people suggest, but I know my first week will be a water number, and Im thinking it will be a 4 or 5 if I give it my all!!!

Seems like the majority of members either maintained or decreased their weight these past days which is a great inspiration. (: congrats all around.
For me the hardest moments are during downtime. I'm so familiar with having deadlines, projects, check-lists, chores, etc. that when I find a spare hour to relax with I can't shake the mindset of needing to do something.. which usually turns into a temptation to graze as laying down peacefully causes some sort of guilt. I'm aware meditation is useful but in those moments I often forget it's an option.
Also late into the night, if work or friends keep me up past my sleep routine I find myself craving snacks as a fuel for energy - though an inner voice reminds me afterwards that I should have been sleeping by that point.0 -
