I’m in progress to lose my weight again! I lost a lot of weight in 2015 and gained it back I started using Myfitnesspal again in January and here I am! I’ve lost 47lbs.

Me! I lost over 80lbs in 2015, and gained about 15 of it back after I fell off the wagon over the holidays!

Yeah - you totally can! I started at 253 in January and started at over 2000cal/day to lose 2lbs a week. My calorie goal lowered as I lost the weight. I am now at 171 and on 1490cal/day and still losing. 1200 is too low, in my opinion. I wouldn't be able to do it!

Weigh your food, log EVERYTHING and drink a LOT of water!

I don't understand how MFP gave you such a low allowance! I started in January at 253, and with a 2lb/week goal, I was allowed like 2000cal. I'm 178 now and my goal is 1500 to lose 2lb/week. In the beginning, I exercised 5 times per week (30min cardio with some free weights) Now I work out maybe twice a week and just focus…

I've lost 73 since January by doing this! As long as I stay in my calorie budget, I eat what I want. I don't go crazy and eat all 1500 calories in junk, but I don't deprive myself

Nice! (And...rawr! Haha) I've lost 73lbs since January and last week I was at a play date with my kids and some moms I haven't seen since before the new year were there and said they didn't recognize me until they saw my kids with me :)

I weigh and log every morning under same circumstances. After going pee and in my undies. I am also kind of a scale slave...so I weigh (but don't log) a lot throughout the day. (after meals, after poo, or whenever I just happen to be near my scale) hehe
