A better indicator for health than BMI is waist measurement, a waist measurement has been proven to be a better indicator of actual health, risk of heart disease and stroke so if your bmi was higher than the normal range but your waist measurement is less than 94cm for men and 80 cm for women your probably perfectly healthy

I have pcos and was told to use them by a dietician. I was so used to them that the taste of real sugar used to gross me out :-) if I picked up my hubby coffee by accident I used to gag lol

Yes the diabetic diet thing is so true! Also I avoided sugar I would have artificial sweeteners in my coffee and no more than 2 pieces of fruit a day, no fruit juices ect. But I would eat two small sweet biscuits a day just so I didn't go crazy and end up binging
