I use a wahoo heart rate monitor for my calories burned, and 2000 is just a solid hike through hill country. Will increase my intake. Thanks for the advice appreciate it!

Hey Chelsea, this is not a good way to exercise or too workout, your body is a machine starving it of fuel will destroy it. And sadly I had a friend that's heart failed by doing this. It may seem ok for a week or two buts it's not. It's a slippery slope and hard to get off. Not too mention you regain weight a lot faster by…
