Looking for long term sustained exercise and eating right, but I've learnt not to without everything so am running a 5 and two diet... Should I eat more
I have been on a diet and exercise regime for about a month, and have lost about 8kg, over the weekend I like to exercise a lot. My intake on average is 1500cal, and I might exercise 2000cal leaving me with a negative.... I feel better than ever, and am getting fit extremely quickly. However don't want to risk eating away…

Is my protein too low? Help!
hey I have been dieting for a couple of weeks, good results... With the diet I'm getting back into road cycling too, my worry is my protein intake is not sufficient for muscle growth. Can you check out my diary and offer some advice.
