hey I have been dieting for a couple of weeks, good results... With the diet I'm getting back into road cycling too, my worry is my protein intake is not sufficient for muscle growth. Can you check out my diary and offer some advice.

Your protein depends on your goals. If you are just cycling, you're only going to be building muscle in your legs, and that muscle is more of the slow twitch kind. This is a different protein requirement than if you're looking to bulk. If you feel good and are getting good results, you're probably fine. Check out iifym.com. They give good ratios depending on your goals.0
