Oh yeah! Lost 45 pounds, put 25 back on. Trying to lose the 25, halfway there. Not going to do this a third time! You can do it. Do it for yourself and that person you married!

Your headed in the right direction. I would watch the prepared meals though. They have a lot of hidden sugars that aren't listed as sugar. Kind of a marketing gimmick. I log everything except spices. Also log glasses of water per day. I saw that someone said they didn't log ketchup. Bad move. There is so much sugar in ketchup, a lot of it from high fructose corn syrup. Should get it out of your diet completely.

There's a lot of benefit to eating organic butter, coconut oil and real,100% olive oil. The butter spray is totally man made and NOT good for you. Just watch the amount you use and you will be fine.

I have a couple of glasses every evening after dinner. I cut out as much processed foods and bread as possible and was amazed at the way I lost weight. The secret is getting rid of carbs and sugars. All processed foods have a lot of sugars and added bad fats so that could be your problem. Cheers!
