  • I use shakeology mixed with fruit every morning after my workout! I love those a lot! There isn't anything wrong with them in my opinion as long as it's what you want! If you choose to use meal replacements, make sure you get one with a decent amount of protein to keep you full! Oh and low on the sugar content!
  • I've used both fitness DVDs, working out with friends & the gym! I have to say I did get my best results with DVDS! The first one I ever actually stuck with was Insanity! That is still my ultimate favorite workout! I also enjoy Tae Bo, and Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred! You can do it with DVDs! :D
