Down1.4 this week. Was down more but had a few Fat Tires last night. :blush: 2 pounds away from my sept. Goal. It's nice to see all the others who are still posting on the spread sheet. If you eat the frosting off a cupcake it's just like a muffin and muffins are healthy

Down 1.4 this week. Tracking my food everyday and training for a 5k tomorrow. Was a little hard to run this week with the smoky air due to the wildfires in california. It's called DIET because all the other 4 letter words were taken!

SW:148 CW:142 -3 this week I started back to teaching this week, so I burned a lot more callories. This weeks goal is to drink 64 ounces of water a day.
