Down 2.4 for the week. More than I would want to lose in one week but i'll take it. My goal is to exercise everyday this week as well as track. Tracking is the key to success, but exercise makes me feel so good. I took some time off after running a 5K last saturday. A balance diet is a beer in each hand.
Up .8 for the week. This is the first week I was up. I lost some focus. My goal is to hydrate this week and get a workout in everyday. If you are what you eat, then I need to eat a skinny person!
