Maybe a workout buddy? I set a goal at the end of last summer to run a 5k and 10k last Jan and after signing up and paying my money I was committed so I knew I had to train. Had to make myself run on the days I didn't want to. Maybe setting a goal like that would help you.

I just did my first 5k and 10k last weekend. My goal will be to do a half marathon at the same race next year. I'd be happy to offer you encouragement and support. I know the trading can be hard especially if you hit a mental wall.

I walked 1/2 mile after dinner just to stay active.

I had baked Cheetos instead of the regular kind. I don't normally like baked "chips" but these weren't too bad.
